EVENT SUBMISSION FORM

SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY

You must submit an Event Submission Form to Administration 3-6 months in advance. Event must be APPROVED prior to submitting a Graphics Request Form.

Required Information:
When submitting a request, include the following details:

Event Name, Event Date & Time, Location (e.g., House of Glory Houston, Main Sanctuary), Theme/Vision (Brief description of the event purpose), Color Scheme & Branding Preferences (if applicable) and the Contact Person (Name, Email, Phone Number).

SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY

A Graphic Request Form can only be submitted after the Event Host/Ministry Lead has submitted an Event Submission Form to Administration 3-6 months in advanced, AND
Received official approval from Senior Leaders and Administration.
Any requests without prior event approval will not be processed.

Approval Process:

A draft will be provided within 5 business days for review.
Feedback must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the draft. The final design will be approved and distributed accordingly
